Cramp Care compound features Cramp Bark prepared from the bark of responsibly wildcrafted Viburnum opulus trees in Kentucky. The bark is hand-harvested in the spring or fall, carefully shade-dried, then thoroughly extracted. It also features Jamaica Dogwood, prepared from the bark of Piscidia piscipula trees which are responsibly wildcrafted in their natural habitat in Jamaica.

Suggested Usage

Adults: Shake well before using. Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb (0.7 ml) to 2 oz. water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Each serving may be increased to 2 full squeezes of the dropper bulb (1.4 ml) if desired. Best taken between meals.
