Description
This table is a combination of Copper 5mg, Zinc 40mg, and selenium 200mcg. It is chelated with argenine which helps with the bioavailability. Zn/Cu needs to be in an 8 zinc:1 copper ratio for proper absorption.

One tablet daily or as directed by your health care provider
