Description

Rosemary’s Garden Organic & Wildcrafted Tea Blend that will make many cups of delicious tea!

2 oz – 57 grams approximately in a rice paper bag.

Made with Organic & Wildcrafted herbs:

• Ginkgo
• Gotu kola
• Peppermint
• Rosemary
• Oatstraw
• Prickly ash bark

This tea will make approximately 72 cups of tea if using 1 tsp per cup of water and 24 cups of tea if using 1 TBS per cup of water.

3 tsp = 1 TBS

Basic recipe for making your own loose-leaf tea is to use anywhere from 1 tsp to 3 tsp (1 TBS) per cup of water, depending on your need and desire.

For teas with leaves and flowers, add hot water to your herbs, cover and let sit to steep (infuse) for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.

For teas with barks, roots and berries, cover and simmer (decoct) the herbs in water for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
