Rosemary’s Garden Organic & Wildcrafted Tea Blend that will make many cups of delicious tea! Excellent as iced tea!

Made with Organic & Wildcrafted herbs:

• Hibiscus
• Lemongrass
• orange peel
• Rose buds or petals
• Rosehips
• Spearmint

3 tsp = 1 TBS

Basic recipe for making your own loose-leaf tea is to use anywhere from 1 tsp to 3 tsp (1 TBS) per cup of water, depending on your need and desire.

For teas with leaves and flowers, add hot water to your herbs, cover and let sit to steep (infuse) for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel. Make this tea this way.

For teas with barks, roots and berries, cover and simmer (decoct) the herbs in water for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
