Jasmine Pearls

Description

Fine Chinese artisan organic green tea made from intact spring-harvested growing tips, (two leaves and a bud) hand rolled into a pearl-like ball that unfurls in the cup. During processing, the tea is layered with fresh jasmine blossoms. Each pearl becomes saturated with a delicious, heady fragrance that rises again from the cup during infusion.

Directions

To enjoy, pour 6 oz. simmering water (170º F preferred) over one teaspoon of tea. Steep 2-4 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
