These ridged tube-shaped noodles are crafted in the U.S.A. using vintage Italian equipment and brass dies then slowly air-dried to preserve flavor and texture. Kamut an ancient grain also known as Khorasan wheat is often well-tolerated by those sensitive to modern wheat. Buckwheat naturally gluten-free is prized for its high rutin contenta powerful flavonoid. Together they create a pasta thats rich in thiamin (B1) magnesium zinc and a good source of protein fiber iron and niacin (B3).
