While we sleep at night our bodies are in cleanse cycle and our saliva doesn’t circulate. Consequently, we wake up with a mouthful of bad oral bacteria and not the best breath. Rather than swallow this bacteria with your first drink of water, spit out your saliva and follow the protocol bottle. To use as a brushing rinse, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds. Tilt your head back and brush. To use as a pre-rinse and for best results, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, spit out and follow with steps 2 and 3 of the pristine protocol: brush with BR organic toothpaste and sprinkle BR tooth polish on paste as you need it for added sparkle. Store at Room Temperature.
