Suggested Usage

Adults take two capsules daily, any time of day with food and a beverage.

Amount per serving:

• Niacin (as niacinamide) 1.6 mg NE 10%
• Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 0.2 mg 10%
• Folate (as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 40 mcg DFE (24 mcg L-5-MTHF) 10%
• Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 0.2 mcg 10%
• Nicotinamide riboside tartrate (NR) 400 mg
• Trans-resveratrol (from 300 mg of Japanese knotweed root extract) 150 mg
