Made from Xylitol, a naturalsubstance from the birch tree, Snappy Jaws fights acid-producingbacteria which cause tooth decay and gum disease. Xylitol is a sweetenerused in many oral hygiene products, including toothpaste. It is anatural sugar substitute, that is a nonfermentable sugar prevents cavities by starving bacteria, remineralising toothenamel, reducing plaque, and increasing the flow of saliva in the mouth.
