Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place after opening.
Caution
For adults only at bedtime. Not for pregnant or nursing women. May cause drowsiness and mild transient GI symptoms. Take with food in case of GI upset. Do not use in conjunction with alcoholic beverages, when driving a vehicle, or while operating machinery.
