OmegAlgae TG520 utilizes algal oil (algae oil) a sustainable pure oil from marine microalgae rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Algal oil is vegan and provides the same omega-3 fatty acids as those sourced from fish. In addition algal oil is just as bioavailable as fish oil which means it works exactly the same way in the body. OmegAlgae TG520 is naturally high in DHA with a higher DHA:EPA ratio than most fish oils. DHA has been shown to support healthy cognitive function in adults and mental development in children.
