The result is an EVOO packed with healthy antioxidants (known as polyphenols), and robust flavor with a signature peppery finish. Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest.

Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants), with 6-8x as many of these healthy nutrients as you’ll find with other olive oils.
