Made from an authentic 1870’s Dickensian recipe of pressed ginger root with elderflower, this is our strongest concentration of ginger within the range (14%). Winner of the best non-alcoholic drink in the world at the World Natural Beverage Awards. Sip neat, on the rocks, into hot water to make a ginger tea or enjoy as a mixer with/without alcohol.
Tasting notes: Rochester Ginger in its neat state has typical spicy ginger flavours, as it should. However it has a clean lighter spice than expected, this and the medium level of sweetness offers a long, smooth satisfying palate that returns you to the glass moments later. It also offers a medium level of overall warmth to your mouth that is not overbearing and reminds you of the flavours you just experienced.
