Suggested Usage

• Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 50 mcg (2000 IU) 250%
• Vitamin K2 as MK-7 (menaquinone-7) 90 mcg

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol monostearate, magnesium stearate (veg.), silicon dioxide, antioxidant blend (ascorbyl palmitate, rosemary extract).

Warnings

Vitamin K can antagonize the effect of anticoagulants including Warfarin. Do not take this product if you are taking Warfarin or are pregnant or breastfeeding without first consulting with your physician.
